The sides flipped out. The mitten paper layer also flips up. With hat and mittens to the side fold outs with a gray photo mat.
The sides fold out even more. Inked the edges and rounded some corners. 
Gotta have some pockets and tags. You need at least 2 sheets of 12 x 12 for the base and then add in decorative papers. 
Well, that's a fun little project!
