Onesie - Baby Shower Gift.

This came out so cute...  I covered the chip board shape with Graphic 45 papers.  The green doily and flowers were from Michaels.

Ruffled elastic trim and small safety pin created a pocket

Mini book...

Baby bib with pockets...

Waterfall style pages.

Side pocket with tab. Finding ways to allow the receiver to add pictures without glueing too many embellishments in the way but also making it have a cute finished look.

Pocket page that opens to the side and is held shut by the New Arrival.

I had to make my own pattern to create this collar and cuffs. I was short on paper so had to get creative and piece this background onesie in 2 pieces and covered the gap with a belly strip of the flowered paper.
Created some baby booties by using an old Quickutz die that made a Christmas stocking.

Some ribbons that worked perfectly... The striped one was really old and was by Making Memories.  I loved the gold sparkle edge to the pink one.  It just added that perfect touch.

Adding trims really finished this project off.  I have quite a stash of ribbons and lace in my craft room. This pink was on the peach side so it was a little bit of a challenge.  I found a package of trim I found in a dollar bin from Michaels that worked perfectly.  Getting the right one to work on the curved neck and legs was the key as flat lace doesn't curve that way.
